Im gonna be a sophmore [high school] next year just wondering which I should work on the most?

K. Im 14 year old. 6’1..155 pounds. I bench 110lbs x 7reps. Squat 205 bout 3 reps. Vertical is 17.5. My 40 is kinda hard to know..6th months ago I ran a 5.7 BUT That was when i was just getting in shape and It was with these 3 year old [literally] shoes that were only molded cleats to start. Should I work on agility for wide receiver? Just wondering what i need to work on the most for football next year. I am doing track this spring.
